The wall booth module consists of 3 running meters of back wall and two side walls of one meter each.
Toward the visitor aisle, the wall booth module is closed off with a table (1.60 m × 0.80 m), including one chair.
The gallery wall (back wall plus both side walls) offers a hanging surface of 5.00 m × 2.25 m.
You can quickly and easily cover the gallery wall with fabric in the color of your choice, attached to the outer frame with push pins (pins can be borrowed from us), and remove the fabric again at the end of the event (fabric in B1 fire-rating quality). Without covering, the back wall has a natural wood-fiber look (see photo).
Attaching pictures and posters
Lightweight pictures/posters are best attached using thumbtacks inserted at an angle.
Heavier pictures should be attached using SPAX screws (3–4 mm thickness, 5–6 cm length) or simple nails (2–3 mm thickness, 5–6 cm length) — always best to screw or hammer in at a downward angle.
ATTENTION: Since the gallery walls are self-supporting and in some cases connected to neighboring booths, please coordinate with your booth neighbors beforehand — especially when hammering in nails — so that nothing comes loose on their side.

Here is the view of a gallery module with a 3m back wall and one meter of side wall on each side. Toward the front, the booth is closed off with a table and chair facing the visitor aisle. Total floor space: 6 m².
The wall booth module consists of 3 running meters of shelving with 4 shelf inserts each. The shelf has no back wall and only occasionally two side walls of one meter each; after subtracting the shelf depth of 0.5 m, a side overhang of 0.5 m remains.
Toward the visitor aisle, the wall booth module is closed off with a table (1.60 m × 0.80 m), including one chair.
The 3 shelf units together are 3 running meters long, 2 m high, and approx. 0.5 m deep.
The center booth module consists of a simple table (3.20 m × 0.80 m) and one chair.
The tables are usually positioned centrally in the middle of the room, always with two to four tables grouped together. The chairs stand next to the tables.
You may bring your own tablecloth and set up folding shelves or small display cases on the table. Please make sure these do not protrude beyond the table edge.

Here is a shelf with four inserts. The wall booth module consists of three such shelves, one table, and one chair.
Thursday 6–8 pm and Friday 6–9 am (the fair opens at 9 am).
Since a maximum of 10–12 cars can be loaded/unloaded simultaneously via the two courtyard entrances, we schedule time slots. Helpers ensure unloading happens as quickly as possible, so you can promptly free up space for the next exhibitor. Carts and hand trucks are also available on site for setup and teardown.
Delivery is at ground level, so you can move barrier-free from the courtyard into the hall to your booth.
The easiest option is to have someone drop you off, if possible.
Please arrange a delivery time slot
Please let us know which time slot you would like to book for delivery (10–12 vehicles possible per slot):
Thursday, Sept. 17, 6–7 pm
Thursday, Sept. 17, 7–8 pm
Note: If you deliver on Thursday, it is not guaranteed that your booth will already be completely set up. In that case, you can store your goods in the booth area (please ask us or the booth builder about this).
Friday, Sept. 18, 6–7 am
Friday, Sept. 18, 7–8 am
(Friday, Sept. 18, 8–9 am)
Teardown
Saturday, Sept. 19, 5–10 pm.
Where to put transport crates?
Please store your transport crates during the fair in your vehicle if possible, or covered underneath your sales table. For fire-safety reasons, we have little to no storage space inside the halls.
Parking
Parking fees are high and can quickly add up to €40 per day. We therefore recommend the Rathauspassage underground parking garage:
This garage is the closest to the venue and offers the lowest daily rate.
Distance to Alte Münze: approx. 450 m (approx. 5–6 minutes on foot)
Day ticket: €20.00 (reached from the 10th hour of parking; before that €1.50 for the first hour, then €2.00/hour)
Entrance: Grunerstraße 7, 10179 Berlin
Important note: The payment machine only accepts cash (coins and bills). Also, the entrance ramps are built very narrow — manageable for regular cars and smaller SUVs, but unsuitable for large vans or transporters.
For large cars and vans
Directly across from the Alte Münze is the Molkenmarkt parking lot (official address: Jüdenstraße 34), just a one-minute walk from the entrance. Since the lot is outdoors, larger vans can also park here. There is no discounted day ticket — the hourly rate applies continuously, so a full fair day (e.g., 10 hours) costs approx. €40.00.
Lighting: General Hall Lighting
The halls are equipped with general technical lighting ("Putzlicht") as basic illumination. For sales purposes, additional lighting at your booth is likely beneficial.
Power
If you have booked a power connection, please remember to bring any sub-distributors and extension cables you may need.
Please use only LED lights for booth lighting. Spotlights with several hundred watts are not permitted. Also make sure your cables and lights are in good condition or certified/tested.
Wi-Fi
Free for exhibitors — access details will be provided on site.
Participation in the "Free Admission" Promotion
At the entrance, we hand out a flyer with the exhibitor floor plan to every visitor. All traders participating in the "Free Admission" promotion are color-marked on it. Visitors also receive the "Free Admission" voucher at the entrance. This entitles customers to a €5 discount on purchases of €50 or more at participating exhibitors like you. Please keep the voucher so the customer can only redeem it once.
Trader wristbands
At the entrance, you and your helpers will receive trader wristbands, to be worn for both event days. With these wristbands, you can leave and re-enter the venue at any time during the event. Broken or lost wristbands can be replaced on the second event day.
Additional complimentary tickets for your customers can be added to the guest list upon request.
Food & drink
At Vintage Paper Berlin there is a bar with bottled drinks, tea, and coffee. There is also a café in the courtyard offering light snacks. However, due to visitor volume, longer wait times are to be expected there, so we recommend bringing your own food/drinks.
Smoking
Smoking is only permitted in the courtyard.
Q&A session with booklooker.de
On Friday at 2 pm, booklooker's management will be our guest for a 20–30 minute Q&A session. If you would like to attend, please let us know so we can arrange the necessary chairs.
Video wall
There is a large electronic black video wall in the embossing hall ("Prägehalle"). It is particularly sensitive. Please do not lean anything against it and keep some distance.
Drilling into or affixing anything to the walls and floors of the venue is strictly prohibited.
Fire safety
Handling open flames and explosive materials is strictly prohibited. In the event of a fire (fire alarm), the rooms must be vacated by the fastest route, leaving all goods behind.
Please follow the instructions of the organizer or the landlord in this regard.
For questions and information during the fair, please contact Mr. Schrottmeyer at 0159-01992534.
